Choose a T-shirt size chest size 28” , 30” or 32”.
There’s a 5-a-day sheet to fill in, this is to record how much fruit and vegetables you eat and how much exercise you do each day. Remember, exercise can be fun stuff, like flying a kite or running in the playground!
On the 3R diary you can tick the things that get recycled in your household each week; you’ll be surprised to see what gets thrown away.
There is also a compost chart to fill in, to encourage you to compost as much as possible; AND a fridge poster for the grown-ups, reminding them what they can do to help.
