Method:
Tear the strawberry (raspberry) jelly into pieces and put in a bowl. Pour over boiling water and/ or fruit juice and stir with a wooden spoon until its dissolved.
An adult should pour the water as it is very dangerous and could scold you.
Rinse a litre (2 pints) jelly mould in cold water. Arrange the peach slices in the bottom and place the cherry in the middle.
Carefully pour the strawberry jelly over the fruit, being careful not to disturb the pattern. Leave this to set.
Dissolve the lime jelly in the same way and cool slightly.
Arrange the oranges over the set strawberry jelly and carefully pour the lime jelly over the oranges.
Leave to set.
Dip the base of the mould in hot water for a few seconds. Place a serving plate over the top of the mould. Hold the mould and plate together, turn upside down and give them a sharp shake. Lift the mould off the jelly.
