Exercise for kids is also very important; walking, skateboarding, dancing swimming or cycling; anything that gets you moving. If you can walk instead of riding the bus to school, this is not only good exercise for kids but saves money and prevents more pollution. There are lots of activities you can do rather than just watching TV. Playing outside in the fresh air with your friends is not only great fun but also very good for you. Remember always put your sun cream on in sunny weather!
