Chocolate Biscuit Cakes

 

You will need these ingredients:

 

  • 12- 14 oz Cadburys chocolate
  • 4 oz of butter
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • Large packet of Rich Tea Biscuits

 

Equipment:

 

  • Saucepan
  • Wooden spoon
  • Rolling pin
  • Baking tray
  • Freezer or roasting bag
  • Tin foil

 

Method:

 

  • Using a clean freezer/ roasting bag crush the biscuits by placing a few inside the bag at a time, then crushing them using the rolling pin.
  • Whilst you are doing this, melt 224 g of the chocolate slowly in the sauce pan with the condensed milk and butter. Ask an adult to help you when using the hob.
  • When melted add crushed biscuits and stir well to coat
  • Line the baking tray with tin foil and press the mixture in evenly covering the surface.
  • Then let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
  • Then melt the remainder of the chocolate, cover the top of the set mixture.
  • Leave this to chill then slice.
