Strawberry and Banana Burst

You will need these ingredients

• 200ml of orange juice
• 1 banana
• 7 Strawberries

Equipment

• Sharp knife
• Tall glass
• Chopping board
• Sieve
• Measuring jug
• Electric blender

Ask a grown up to help you with the sharp knife

Method

• Measure the orange juice. Then put the strawberries in a sieve and wash them then shake of the excess water and leave to drain for 2 minutes.
• Peel the banana then using the knife very carefully chop it into small pieces.
• Chop the green tops off of the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. throwing the green tops away.
• Put all the ingredients into the electric blender and mix for 30 seconds or until blended.
• Pour into a tall glass with ice and a straw.
